Where do I find my tickets?
Need a hand? Let’s help you find your tickets BEFORE you are at the gate. Your tickets are located in the Vikings Ticketing App.
I am having trouble adding my tickets to my Apple Wallet. Why?
You won’t be able to download your tickets to your apple wallet through a web browser. It must be done through the Minnesota Vikings mobile app. If you don’t see your tickets in your account, make sure you are logged into the same account where you purchased the tickets or accepted the tickets.
What time do gates open?
Gates open one (1) hour before kickoff.
What time can I park?
Parking opens two (2) hours before kickoff.
Can I buy merchandise at the game? Where will the merch booth be?
Yes you can. The merchandise stand will be located on the concourse behind the grass seating area.
Will there be alcohol at games?
Alcohol will be served on the concourse behind the goal opposite the scoreboard and at concessions.
Will there be autographs after the game?
Yes! Autograph Alley presented by Pentz Homes will take place after the game on the North Sideline.
Do my children need tickets?
Children three (3) years old and younger do not need a ticket.
Can I bring a stroller?
There will be a designated area marked by signs where you may leave your strollers during the game to keep them out of walkways. It will be unsupervised, so you must take your belongings with you. Staff will assist by directing all strollers to that area when you come in.
My tickets have numbers on them, is this my assigned seat?
Nope! All sections are General Admission excluding sections 104, 105, 106 and 118, 119, and 120.
What items are prohibited? Can I bring a bag?
You can bring a bag as long as it does not contain any prohibited items. Click HERE for a list of prohibited items and for our Fan Code of Conduct.
Where do I park? Is it free?
Parking is free. Bike racks are available. Plan to park on the gravel lot to the east of the stadium and cross the bridge over the pond. ADA parking specifically is available on the top level of the parking ramp.
